Private Yoga Therapy
Is
available with Lise. One hour Yoga and or Structurally
Integrated Movement Therapy sessions are
designed for the individual, although semi-private can be
arranged. A private session is structured with the
students specific medical needs in mind. Yoga Therapy can aid
in reducing blood pressure, anxiety, stress and can promote
strength, flexibility, balance and overall well being.
Specific Asana flow sequences are built with the individual
student in mind. Check with your healthcare provider as Yoga
Therapy is recognized as complimentary alternative medical
therapy. Lise will partner with your healthcare provider to
develop an appropriate and gentle healing practice.
Both
individual and semi-private are available. Telephone sessions are
available for a fee.

classes Yoga
classes, with a structural and holistic emphasis, are offered
to the community in Whatcom County. All are welcome. If you have a location that
would like to host a class, contact Lise to arrange
that.

Class Series:

Journey through the Koshas, to gentle meditation.

Remembering The
Studio in Norco .
Our Yoga Room was
created through the spirit of giving by some of
Lise's dedicated
students. It was a cozy and inviting in-home studio
located in Norco, California -- perfectly suited for small groups, private
yoga instruction or healing sessions of Thai Therapy,
with the calming sounds of waterfall and relaxing glow
of candlelight. Much gratitude and thanks to Becky,
Cindy, Julie, Tina, Charles and Dennis. Lise is forever
grateful to these special souls who's love and
dedication will be eternally remembered. |
