classes: a blend of Vinyasa Yoga with a holistic attitude and
Pilates. Blending Flow and Yin, in a Sadhana Chi meditative kind of way. Based on the uniqueness of
each individual, Lise is able to create a healing approach to this
very peaceful and strength/flexibility building practice. Sound weird and

As a way of sharing
my gratitude to those of you who refer clients my way, or
purchase gift certificates, I have a new "punch-card" system of
reward. For each referral or gift certificate purchased, a
chakra is revealed on the punch card. After the main 7 have been
opened, you will receive a one hour session at no charge. To add
the 2nd hour you can do that at the discounted rate of $70. My

Appointments: Thai Yoga Therapy Massage & Pilates
Thai Yoga Therapy and Pilates sessions are
scheduled by appointment only. Please allow 2 hours for a full
Thai Massage session. Private Yoga instruction is available by the hour or
longer.
It is required that cancellation
notice of 24 hours be provided. Payment is expected should
insufficient notice be given. Payment in cash, check or by
paypal by following the link below.
Retreats:
Lise and her students attend annual retreats.
The locations are sometimes simple and sometimes exotic.
